Well the first week of the transfer went by as fast as they ussually do. It's nice being able to be in my own ward. Its a little weird having one less person with me everywhere I go. I wonder what it will be like on the day that it will just be me. Weird.
We haven't really had the chance to teach to many lessons this week. But work will pick up. We contacted a less-active member though who we needed to see. it was a really good lesson/visit we had with him. I think he got a lot out of it.
We just talked to him a little bit about scripture study and it's importance. While talking about what to share with his, I found this scripture in 2 Timothy:
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
I thought it was a good one.
Other than that, we did some tracting, because my companion just absolutely loves to knock doors all day. haha I guess you eventually get use to people saying no, slamming doors and giving you stuff from their church but refusing to take something from ours.
