One calf had a big cyst on it's side as a result from an injury. He had to cut is with a razor blade to drain the fluid inside of it. It was super gross, the puss had to pour out for several minutes and left a nasty puddle on the ground. All of us almost threw up. The calf wasn't too happy about it either.
Here's the best picture I snapped of some of his calfs.
It's not very good, but hey, there's snow, so that makes up for it. I think I've learned more about cows this last week than anything else.
Our investigator also came to our church Christmas party, he seemed to really enjoy himself and ended up having a lot of questions. He overheard us talking about how we were going to help someone move the next day and he said, "Oh, you're helping someone move? Where at? I can totally come help you out" So we gave him the address and the next day he showed up to help my companion and I help one of our members move out. I was pretty cool.
I think that's about it as far as everything cool that's happened this week, its ridiculous how fast this transfer has gone by, hopefully the next one will be a good one, I can't believe that his is going to be my last full transfer that I'm 19. Oh and that my mission is almost halfway over.
